If you are looking for a unique gift our bone china personalised Christening Plates make ideal keepsakes that will be treasured for many years. There are several stock designs to chose from, and we glaze your choice of wording onto the china. Or, if you prefer, we can glaze the child’s photograph onto the plate together with the wording (as much as you want, as long as it will fit).

Our plates are all top quality white bone china and measure 8 inches/20cm in diameter. There is a lined gift box available as an optional extra. If you are buying your Christening plate as a keepsake for your own child you probably won’t need one. We glaze the wording, photograph, or one of our designs onto the china; the finish is just like your dinner plate or coffee mug at home, it is permanent.
Your plate is made to order and you can have any wording around the rim. So, although this site is entitlted Christening Plates, you can buy a plate to commemorate a baby’s birth – just tell us the words you would like on the plate. We have another website with designs for other occasions like wedding anniversaries (see the About Us page).

Delivery: Your plate will be sent by Royal Mail’s First Class post and will be dispatched within 3 working days. Occasionally a plate will not fire properly so, if we need to decorate another plate the time taken will be longer than 3 days. We will let you know should there be a delay in posting your order. We are based in the UK but we ship worldwide. Delivery to other countries usually takes around 5-6 working days from the date of dispatch, although additional security procedures introduced in the USA have resulted in longer delays to that country.

We have received our plate with the paint -splashed zebra and we are really pleased with it. It is colourful and fun, and the lettering is set out and spaced just right. It will be a lasting reminder for him of his Christening and his grandparents. It is well presented in its box, and we got it just a few days after ordering, well in time for his Christening on Sunday next. We have had problems with items we have bought recently, so it is really nice to get something which is even better than we hoped. My wife, (who is not easy to please when it comes to spending money!) would recommend you to anyone.
